buidling rich webites with XHTML combined with CSS; for dynamicla websites we use PHP or ASP/ASP.NET. For the backend we use databases in SQL or MySQL.
Content Management Systems like Drupal, Nucleus, etc.. or also possible.
We always start with a nice talk about your view and ideas about your future or present to improve website! Or you can send us a short text/drawing with a proposal of how you think the webpage should look.
We start with a short prototype white/black website with gives you an idea of how the future website will look like. This is the base for further discussion and a first draft.
